Child Safety and Protection Policy – Fetr App

Fetr is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and adult-only community. We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content or behavior on our platform.

We strictly prohibit the use of Fetr for any activities that endanger children. This includes, but is not limited to, using it to promote predatory behavior towards children, such as:

• Inappropriate interactions targeted at a child (e.g., groping or caressing).
• Child grooming (e.g., befriending a child online to facilitate sexual contact, either online or offline, and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child).
• Sexualization of a minor (e.g., imagery that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse of children, or portrays children in ways that could lead to their sexual exploitation).
• Sextortion (e.g., threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged access to their intimate images).
• Child trafficking (e.g., advertising or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation).

Age Restriction:

Fetr is designed only for adults aged 18 years or older. Users must confirm their age before creating an account.

Reporting and Enforcement:

If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve a minor or violate this policy, please report it immediately using our in-app report tools or contact our Safety Team directly at: [email protected]

We review all reports promptly and cooperate with law enforcement as required by applicable laws, including the U.S. PROTECT Act and COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

You can also report it directly to:

• The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (https://report.cybertip.org/): They will forward the content to appropriate authorities worldwide.
• Organizations listed at https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/148666, organized by geographic region.

Compliance:

Fetr follows the Google Play Developer Policy on Child Safety and implements proactive detection and moderation systems to prevent and remove any CSAE-related content.
